Asuntokanava emerged when KanavaGroup and its sub-brands joined under one clear name and visual identity. At the heart of the renewal was the need to build a strong, trustworthy, and approachable brand that speaks to both landlords and tenants.

The rebrand followed an organizational merger that brought several companies together under one brand. The goal was to create a new name and visual identity that would be timeless, distinctive, and communicate the unity of the new organization.
The name Asuntokanava (“Housing Channel”) reflects the company’s role as an expert and reliable link between property owners and renters.

Clear, warm and distinctive
The new logo combines the movement of a channel, the letter A, and the shape of a house. Its hexagonal form conveys structure, clarity, and balance. The visual identity relies on a warm yet professional color palette, used thoughtfully in logos, highlights, and buttons to maintain focus and consistency. Typography is based on GT Eesti Display, a modern and timeless typeface chosen for its clarity and versatility across digital and print applications.
